Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to expand PPE, workwear and laundry services across the UK. You will identify new opportunities, build relationships and close deals within a flexible home-based setup.

You’ll target sectors including Industrial, Construction, Healthcare and Logistics, manage the sales cycle from prospecting to close, and benefit from an uncapped commission and a realistic OTE aligned with performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B new business sales.
• Ability to prospect, qualify and close opportunities.
• Comfortable with cold calling and in-person meetings.

Responsibilities
