Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection LTD is seeking an Area Sales Manager to cover the North of England and Scotland from a home-based base along the M62 corridor, selling packaging machinery and consumables to manufacturers, ecommerce players, contract packers and distributors. You will balance account management with new business development, with full technical support and product training available.

A base salary around £50k with an OTE near £75k, plus a choice of company car, pension and private

Qualifications

• Proven field sales with management experience.
• Experience selling capital equipment or technical solutions to manufacturers.
• Experience selling to component manufacturers preferred.
• Willingness and ability to generate new business.
• Experience in the e-commerce market advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage an established territory in the North of England & Scotland.
• 50/50 split between account management and new business selling packaging machinery and consumables to manufacturers, ecommerce, contract packers & distributors.
• Provide full technical support & service back up.
• Full product training will be provided.
