Job summary

Haier lnc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to visit customers in their homes across Hartlepool and surrounding areas, diagnosing and repairing appliances to get them running again. You will manage your day, communicate progress to customers and colleagues, and keep van stock well organised.

The position offers a competitive benefits package, a starting salary of £33,903 with potential to rise to £38,423 based on experience, and access to in-house training to support skill development.

Qualifications

• Full, valid driving licence is required.
• Experience as a White Goods Engineer preferred but not essential.
• In-house training and support provided to deliver brilliant service.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers in their homes across Hartlepool and surrounding areas to diagnose and fix appliance issues.
• Manage your time effectively, keeping customers and colleagues updated on progress.
• Keep van stock levels up to date and organised.
