Job summary

Parcelforce Worldwide in Carlisle is seeking a Customer Service Provider – Admin for the Christmas period. You will handle customer enquiries by phone and email and perform essential administrative duties to support depot operations.

The role requires working Saturdays 08:00–13:00 at £13.17 per hour, with potential for extra hours during peak periods. You will collaborate with depot colleagues to ensure accurate records and smooth service.

• Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and other channels.
• Investigate parcel and delivery enquiries, taking ownership until resolution.
