Qualifications

  • Practical operational experience in a holiday business.
  • Ability to talk to and connect with diverse individuals.
  • Experience achieving high standards of housekeeping and presentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise and support team members.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with health and safety procedures and compliance writing.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to holiday guests.
  • Supervise and lead team training and development.

  • Manage both desk and site duties effectively.
