Job summary

Boots is hiring a Seasonal Customer Advisor to help customers find gifts and offers during the busy Christmas period in our London stores. You’ll deliver friendly, personalised service, handle purchases at tills and self-checkouts, and keep shelves stocked and store areas neat.

This temporary role offers weekly pay, a strong team environment and the chance to develop retail experience while contributing to a great customer experience during the holidays.

• Available to work Bank Holidays including busy shopping periods.

• Operations ready—balance customer service with stock and shop floor tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help them find products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Assist customers with purchases at tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full.
• Support deliveries and organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas looking their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and help the team as needed.
