Job summary

Boots UK is seeking a Seasonal Customer Advisor to support busy stores during the Christmas period. You will welcome customers, help them find gifts and offers, process purchases at tills and self-checkouts, restock shelves and assist with deliveries to ensure the store looks its best.

The role is temporary with potential long-term opportunities depending on local availability. You will join a friendly team, work across store areas, and contribute to creating positive, memorable shopping

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full
• Support deliveries and help organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas looking their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
