Job summary

Boots UK is seeking a Seasonal Customer Advisor to assist customers with gifts and offers during the festive period. The role is in-store, fast-paced, and involves helping with purchases, stocking, and creating friendly customer experiences.

You will work across store areas, support deliveries, and join a team focused on delivering great customer experiences. The position is temporary with potential for longer-term opportunities depending on local availability.

Qualifications

• Available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend, Cyber Monday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full
• Support deliveries and help organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas look their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
