Boots UK is seeking a Seasonal Customer Advisor to join during the Christmas peak. You’ll help customers find gifts, explain offers and ensure a smooth checkout, contributing to a positive festive shopping experience.

This temporary role includes shelf replenishment, handling deliveries and providing friendly service across store areas, with a focus on teamwork and flexible shifts during the busy holiday period.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their needs to find the right products and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through personalised service.
• Assist customers with purchases at tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full across the store.
• Support deliveries and organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas looking their best.
• Work across different store areas and help the team as needed.
