Job summary

Boots UK is seeking a Seasonal Customer Advisor to help customers find perfect gifts and offers during the festive period. You will provide friendly, personalised service, assist with purchases, and keep shelves stocked and store areas tidy.

The role involves helping deliveries, supporting stock organisation, and working across store areas with a positive team mindset. The position is temporary with potential for longer-term opportunities depending on local availability.

Qualifications

• Available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend, Cyber Monday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
• Customer-focused and enjoys helping customers have a great experience.
• Team player who supports others and cares about team success.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Assist with purchases at tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full.
• Support deliveries and organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas looking their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and help your team.
