Job summary

Boots Group is seeking a Seasonal Customer Advisor for the festive period in the UK. You’ll welcome customers, guide them to gifts and offers, and assist with purchases on tills and self-checkouts, while supporting stock and deliveries across store areas.

This role is temporary with potential for longer-term opportunities depending on local availability. The team emphasizes a collaborative, energetic environment and a strong focus on delivering great customer experiences during the peak season.

Qualifications

• Available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend, Cyber Monday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full.
• Support deliveries and help organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas look their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
