Job summary

Boots UK is hiring a Seasonal Customer Advisor to help customers find gifts and offers during the festive period. This is a busy, friendly role with a focus on delivering great service in store.

You'll work across the shop floor, assist with deliveries, stock replenishment and checkout processes, and join a supportive team during the peak season. The role is temporary, with potential for longer-term opportunities depending on local availability.

• Available to work Bank Holidays including peak shopping days.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help them find products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable experiences with friendly, personalised service.
• Process transactions at tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full.
• Support deliveries and organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep store and shopping areas looking their best.
• Work across different areas and assist the team as needed.
