Job summary

Boots UK is seeking a Seasonal Customer Advisor to help customers during the festive period. You’ll welcome customers, assist with gifts and offers, and process purchases at tills and self-checkouts.

The role is active and fast-paced, with stock replenishment and delivery support as part of daily duties. The position includes working bank holidays and weekends; training is provided, with potential for longer-term opportunities depending on local availability.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.

• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full
• Support deliveries and help organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas looking their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
