About the Role

Lazer Lions is seeking leaders to join our management team and run their own School Holiday Club Site.

Responsibilities include:

1. Overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the club and onsite staff.
2. Ensuring a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• High energy and passion for fun.
• Background in Teaching, Nursery Work, Sports Coaching, Acting, or Holiday Camp experience is ideal.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
• Energetic and confident in leading groups of children.
• Ability to follow instructions and think independently.
• Punctuality and organizational skills.
• Experience working with children or leading group activities is preferred.
• Over 18 years of age.
• Level 3 childcare qualification, paediatric first aid, and safeguarding training are ideal but will be provided for the right candidate.
