Settings Manager – Leading provider of Wraparound care

Salary: up to £13.50 per hour

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 15 hours per week

We are recruiting for a leading provider of out-of-school hours childcare for primary school children in the UK. This company continues to grow in size, quality, and scope every year, and is looking for someone passionate about children’s play and activities.

As a School Club Manager, you will manage all day-to-day aspects of running the clubs at your school, including scheduling, people management, cost control, handling customer complaints, and maintaining school relationships. There are also opportunities to work during holidays on activity and sports camps.

Ideally, as a School Club Manager, you will have experience in:

  1. Leading a Team: Being firm but fair, genuine, respectful of differences and uniqueness.
  2. Leading Performance: Understanding finances, setting clear goals, thinking creatively, and confidently making decisions.
  3. Strategic Thinking: Listening to customers, parents, schools, and children to create the best experiences.
