About our Clubs

Our clubs are autonomous units with their own P&L and client base, specializing in Data, Delivery, Product, Software Development, and Experience Design. They are responsible for growing client relationships and delivering value through our services.

About You

As Head of Client Services in London, you will play a strategic role, managing relationships and driving growth within the business unit. You will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, owning the client account plan and growth strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating and managing the client account plan to achieve growth
  • Developing and maintaining a healthy client portfolio
  • Managing revenue forecasts and expectations
  • Identifying opportunities across London Clubs
  • Building and nurturing client relationships
  • Engaging relevant experts to develop opportunities
  • Overcoming blockers and developing key relationships within client accounts
  • Supporting team members in developing commercial confidence
  • Collaborating with the Client Partnerships team on new business
  • Constructing commercial deals and signing off on contracts
  • Driving overall commercial success with the BU Executive
  • Ensuring prompt invoicing and collections
  • Developing strategic visions for clients and innovating

Essential experience and skills:

  • Experience managing large-scale accounts
  • Knowledge of delivering digital projects and services
  • Proven success closing deals of £2-4m with senior stakeholders
  • Experience in digital/tech environments, ideally within consulting or development agencies
  • Strong commercial awareness and motivation
  • Ability to build relationships at senior levels, including C-suite
  • Background in professional services or similar roles
