As our Holding Deputy Manager, you will lead and inspire a team to deliver great results through your commerciality, collaboration, resilience, and being customer obsessed, while also being dedicated to curating a unique and stylish store for fashion-forward individuals. Our store is a destination for trendsetters seeking the latest fashion must-haves.
In your shopping centre store, you will lead your team to create a customer-obsessed atmosphere. You will be genuine in your delivery of a shopping experience that helps our customers express their individuality, personality, and unique style through fashion. You will create and lead a team who support one another and deliver results... whilst having fun along the way!
You will be fully accountable for your store's performance, working alongside your Territory Leader and Visual Coach to identify opportunities impacting KPI's, customer service, team development, and overall sales — so that we are playing to win!
