Job summary

P3 Charity is recruiting a Hoarding Coach to support individuals and families in Warwickshire, delivering practical support and coaching in people’s homes. The role involves building partnerships with housing, health and social care services to promote safer homes and lasting change.

You’ll combine practical assistance with relationship‑based coaching, seeing the impact of your work daily. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required, with DBS checks carried out by P3.

Qualifications

• You’ll have experience working with vulnerable adults and a passion for helping people overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
• You’ll be a strong communicator, able to build trust, work collaboratively, and inspire positive change.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support in people’s homes.
• Help people make their homes safer and reduce the risk of homelessness.
• Use coaching and motivational approaches to support lasting change.
• Build strong relationships with housing, health, social care and community partners
