Job summary

Regional seeks a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our Salisbury Campus on a full-time, term-time only basis. You will deliver high-quality learning and provide dedicated 1:1 support for pupils, fostering strong relationships with students and their families.

The ideal candidate will have HLTA status or equivalent experience, strong safeguarding knowledge, and a proactive approach. Enjoy working with motivated students and benefit from various professional learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils in SEND or specialist settings is ideal.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and SEND frameworks.
• Resilience and proactive approach to support engagement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality learning activities across various settings.
• Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a named pupil.
• Collaborate with LSCo, SENDCo, and specialists to implement outcomes.
