Job summary

Beaucroft Foundation School is seeking an enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team at Wimborne (College) or Colehill (School). This full-time, term-time position runs 8:45am–3:45pm with a 30-minute lunch break, Monday to Friday, supporting learners with SEND, including those with complex needs.

You will work closely with class teachers to plan and deliver learning in their absence, cover planned PPA, and contribute to a passionate, outstanding team focused on meeting

Qualifications

• Experience of and confidence in supporting young people with SEND, including those with complex needs.
• Excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to meet challenging needs.
• Ability to work closely with class teachers to support planning and delivery of learning in their absence (PPA).

Responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of learning in teachers' absence (PPA cover).
• Collaborate with teaching staff to adapt activities for learners with SEND.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment and monitor student progress.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Higher LevelTeaching Assistant (HLTA) who will be based at our Wimborne (College) orColehill (School) sites with a “can do” attitude. This position is offeredon a full time, term-time only basis. The working hours are 8:45am to 3:45pmwith half an hour for lunch Monday to Friday.
