Westfield School is seeking an enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our growing team. You will support high-quality teaching and therapeutic provision for pupils with Communication and Interaction needs, working closely with teachers, therapists and LSAs.

You will help plan, deliver and assess interventions, provide feedback on pupil progress, and support families. The role includes leading the class during teacher absence and contributing to school development across the

• Experience in supporting children with Special Educational Needs.
• Ability to work with therapists and Learning Support Assistants (LSAs).
• Strong planning, assessment and reporting skills.
