Job summary

The Kingsway School is seeking a committed HLTA to join our Inclusion and Diversity (SEND) Department. You will support high-quality teaching and learning for 11–16-year-olds with a range of needs, across mainstream lessons and targeted interventions, contributing to assessment and review processes.

Join a collaborative team of professionals in a SEND provision with strong universal offers and a Resource Base, and play a key role in removing barriers to learning while delivering personalised

You will supporthigh-quality teaching and learning for students aged 11–16 with a range ofadditional needs, working across mainstream lessons and targeted interventions.The role includes delivering small-group and individual support, contributingto assessment and review processes, and working closely with teachers, familiesand the wider SEND team to remove barriers to learning.

Our SEND provisionincludes a strong universal offer alongside a Resource Base supporting studentswith more complex needs. You will join a collaborative team of experiencedprofessionals who meet regularly to plan, review and refine support.
