Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging lessons and interventions for students with SEMH and behavioural needs.
  • Support teachers in creating personalised learning experiences.

  • Work with colleagues and external partners to support each child.
  • Implement the school's policy for classroom behaviour management.
  • Lead small group and 1:1 sessions focusing on core subjects.
