Job summary

Heron Park Primary Academy is seeking an enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our supportive team in Eastbourne. The role is fixed-term and term-time only, 20 hours per week from 12.00pm to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday.

You will support pupils' learning across the school, lead lessons during planned and unplanned teacher cover, deliver interventions, and help create an inclusive environment where every child feels valued and able to succeed.

Qualifications

• HLTA status obtained or equivalent experience.
• Strong passion for supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing.
• Enthusiastic, proactive and enjoys working as part of a team.
