Overview

R9 Recruitment are hiring 3 x Subcontractor Plumbers / HIU Engineers. Location: Southwark area. Sector: Social Housing. R9 Recruitment is working on behalf of a respected heating contractor to source three experienced Plumbers/HIU Engineers for work within occupied social housing properties across Southwark.

Role Details

• Start Date: Immediate
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm (1 hour unpaid lunch)
• Call-Out Rota: 1 in every 8 weeks
• Pay Rate: £20 per hour (8.5 hours paid daily)
• Package: Van and fuel card provided

Duties

• Replacement and installation of radiators, cylinders, 2-port and 3-port valves
• Servicing and repairing HIUs (Heat Interface Units)

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years' plumbing experience
• Proven HIU servicing and repair experience
• Unvented qualification preferred but not essential
• Clean DBS
