Job summary

Nationwide Platforms, part of the Loxam Group, is seeking a Customer Service Advisor (Hire Desk Controller) at our Rotherham site. You will service a key account, handling quotes, orders and queries with a focus on delivering great service. The role requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in Excel/Word.

Working days are Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:30. In return we offer a competitive base salary, commission, pension, Health Cash Plan, and 25 days holiday, pro-rata for part-time

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy customer service and/or sales role.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Convert hire enquiries into hire orders and achieve revenue targets.
• Use the in-house system to take orders, check availability and hire rates.
• Achieve call standards set by the company.
• Provide customers with the best hire options using product knowledge.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally and politely.
• Ensure order accuracy on the in-house system to minimise disputes and paperwork.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues in other depots/departments.
• Coordinate with the local depot transport coordinator to fulfil customer requirements.
