Job summary

Nationwide Platforms Ltd. is seeking a Customer Service Advisor (Hire Desk Controller) to join a key account site. You will handle hire quotes, orders and queries with a focus on delivering great service in a fast-paced environment.

The role is customer facing and requires sociability, superb organisation, and proficiency with Excel/Word. Monday to Friday 8-5.30pm with a competitive base salary, commission, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy customer service and/or sales role.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to multi task and prioritise deadlines.
• Good knowledge of MS Office including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Convert hire enquiries into hire orders and achieve revenue target.
• Use the in-house system to take orders with availability checked and hire rates set.
• Achieve call standards set by the company.
• Provide the customer with the best hire option using product knowledge.
• Deal with customer enquiries in a professional and polite manner.
• Ensure orders entered on the in-house system are accurate to minimize disputes and ensure paperwork is received.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues in other depots/departments.
• Coordinate with the local depot transport coordinator to fulfil customer requirements.
