Job summary

Ridgway Rentals Ltd. invites applications for a Hire Desk Controller based at Earthmover House, St Martins, Oswestry. The role is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, with Saturday mornings on a 1 in 3 rota.

You will handle incoming calls from customers, create and manage hire contracts, gather hire information, and maintain up-to-date records while pursuing promising leads to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience dealing directly with customers in a fast-paced office environment.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills.
• Strong IT skills including Outlook & Excel.
• Strong record keeping & organisation.

• 7:30am – 5:30pm Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 12:00pm Saturday (1in3)

Role responsibility & duties

• Taking incoming calls from customers for hires
