GTAccess Ltd in Shrewsbury is seeking an enthusiastic Hire Desk Administrator to join our depot team. You will support day-to-day hire office operations, handle customer enquiries, and manage hire contracts, exchanges and breakdowns while updating our Hire and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations of a busy hire office and support the management team.

• Provide advice to customers on equipment needs and resolve queries in a friendly and professional manner.
