Sunbelt Rentals Limited is seeking a proactive Hire Administrator to join the hire desk and support two depots with accurate admin and customer service. You will manage orders from enquiry to post-hire feedback, raise purchase orders, and handle invoices to ensure smooth depot operations.

You will respond to customer queries by phone and email, support field teams, and help deliver a high-quality customer experience across our rental operations.

Qualificações

• Prior experience in a role demonstrating exceptional admin and customer service skills.
• Able to work as part of a team, supporting colleagues.
• Flexible and self-motivated, take initiative and open to training opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective administration, planning and organisation with attention to detail.
• Proficient IT skills; MS Office including Excel and Outlook; database entry experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support to the business across two depots.
• Support the hire desk and customer communications by phone, email, and website queries.
• Raise purchase orders and handle invoices and invoice queries.
