Job summary

Speedy Group UK&I is seeking a Hire Controller at Stansted to join the depot operations. You will coordinate the entire hire process from order to delivery and collection, liaising with stock teams, drivers and engineers to meet customer needs. Based in the depot, this desk-based role requires strong organisational and communication skills, with 42 hours per week, Mon–Fri, 07:30–17:00, and potential flexible working arrangements discussed.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and planning abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptable to changing workloads and priorities.
• Valid driving licence.
• Previous experience in hire, sales, or a similar operations role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the entire hire process from taking the order through to delivery and collection.
