Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Customer Service role with focus on order handling.
• Experience in hire or construction industry is advantageous but not essential.
• Experience building knowledge of products and services to upsell.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with internal/external customers.
• Able to use own judgment and work with pricing structures and company policies.
• Team player with collaborative approach and strong accuracy.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and learning new IT systems.
