Pertemps is seeking a Hire Controller in Avonmouth, near Bristol. The role focuses on customer interactions, organising equipment and ensuring smooth hire processes from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with customers by phone, email and in person.
• Taking hire enquiries and arranging equipment.
• Managing bookings and ensuring equipment is available when required.
• Organising deliveries and collections.
• Processing hire paperwork and updating systems.
• Dealing with customer queries and resolving issues.
• Liaising with drivers, engineers and other departments.
• Keeping customers updated throughout the hire process.
• Helping to ensure the branch operates efficiently.

Location: Avonmouth, Bristol

Salary: Up to £30,000

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:00pm

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role
