Sunbelt Rentals in Avonmouth is seeking a Hire Controller to join a busy team. This full-time, permanent role focuses on acting as the primary contact for customers hiring equipment, processing orders, and coordinating transport to ensure hires run smoothly from start to finish.

• Dealing with customers by phone, email and in person

• Liaising with drivers, engineers and other departments
• Keeping customers updated throughout the hire process

Based in Avonmouth, this full-time, permanent Hire Controller position offers a salary of up to £30,000 per annum. Working Monday to Friday, 7:30am until 5:00pm, the successful candidate will join a busy team, acting as the primary point of contact for customers hiring equipment. Daily duties include processing orders, arranging transport, and ensuring every hire runs smoothly from start to finish. Applicants should possess strong communication skills, solid administrative ability, and a commitment to excellent service.
