Job summary

Carrington West is seeking an experienced Highways Supervisor for a major Goole project. You will oversee daily construction activities, ensuring safety, quality and programme adherence while coordinating crews and subcontractors.

You will work with the site team to plan activities, monitor resources, and maintain accurate records. A strong background in highways, earthworks and road construction with relevant certifications is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in highways or civil engineering sites.
• Proven ability to supervise site operatives and subcontractors on live projects.
• Strong understanding of drawings, specs and method statements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site activities ensuring safety and on-program delivery.
• Coordinate site operatives, subcontractors and trades to meet construction programme.
• Plan with General Foreman, Site Agent and Works Manager to deliver activities.
