Randstad CPE is seeking a proactive Site Engineer to supervise structural works on a major highways project in Norfolk. You will manage setting out, temporary works, QA processes, and co-ordinate with section engineers to resolve clashes.

You should hold a Civil Engineering degree (BEng) or equivalent, with CSCS, SMSTS/SEATS, and a full UK driving licence. The role offers a permanent, full-time position with development toward Section Engineer and Sub Agent roles, plus flexible working options.

Formación

• Degree in Civil Engineering or allied discipline (BEng/HND).
• Proven experience delivering major highways schemes with surveying tools and CAD.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise structural site works, temporary works designs, and subcontractor delivery.
• Contribute to weekly lookahead programs and resolve site clashes with section engineers.
• Maintain QA records in the CDE, manage ITPs and close NCRs.
• Perform regular site safety inspections and review subcontractor payments.
