Ringway is seeking a highly organised Scheduler to join our Gloucester-based team, coordinating reactive and planned highway maintenance works across the contract. You will balance workloads, allocate resources, and liaise with supervisors and client representatives to ensure timely delivery and high service standards.

The role requires strong IT skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate reactive and planned highway maintenance works.
• Allocate resources and monitor work completion against programme requirements.
• Liaise with operational teams, supervisors and client representatives regarding work schedules and priorities.
• Ensure work orders and job records are accurately maintained within management systems.
• Monitor performance, identify scheduling conflicts and support resolution of operational issues.
• Produce reports and updates on work progress and contract performance.
• Support the delivery team in achieving contractual service levels and key performance indicators.
