Job summary

Ringway is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our Surrey Major Projects team to deliver a portfolio of complex highways and infrastructure schemes. You will lead live projects from mobilisation to completion, directing project managers and delivery teams while ensuring safety, programme, and profitability.

The role focuses on NEC contract delivery, stakeholder management and continuous improvement across the Surrey network.

Qualifications

Experience leading highways, civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and project delivery.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the successful delivery of major highways and infrastructure projects.
Manage Project Managers, Site Managers and delivery teams.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with contract requirements.
Monitor programme performance, budgets, risks and project outcomes.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders and supply chain partners.
Collaborate with commercial teams to manage costs and profitability.
Drive health, safety, quality and environmental standards.
Support planning, mobilisation and resource management.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Ensure successful project handover and completion.
