Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking a Principal Consultant or Associate to lead highways and infrastructure projects in Leicester. The role combines project, client and commercial management with a strong civil engineering technical backbone.

You will oversee scope, programme and budget, mentor teams, and engage with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to drive safe, compliant and high-quality outcomes across residential and development-based schemes.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in Civil Engineering or related field and professional membership/eligibility (ICE/CIHT).
• Substantial experience managing highways/infrastructure projects with strong commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead management and delivery of highways/infrastructure projects from inception through to completion.
• Manage scope, programme, budget, resources, risk, quality, and financial performance.
