Job summary

Tetra Tech is a leading consultancy-based engineering firm seeking a Principal Engineer in the UK. You will provide technical leadership across civil engineering, flood risk management and infrastructure projects, influencing strategic direction and ensuring delivery excellence.

You will lead complex solutions, mentor teams, engage with stakeholders and uphold quality standards while working in a hybrid UK-based environment with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in civil engineering or related field; Chartered status expected.
• Experience leading technical work and stakeholder management on major infrastructure or environmental projects.
• Willingness to travel to project or client locations.
