Job summary

Vector Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a proactive Contract Manager for highways drainage based in Glastonbury. You will manage various operational drainage activities in a fast-growing environment. Strong leadership and client relationship skills are essential.

The position offers a salary of circa £50,000 plus a company vehicle or car allowance, Christmas bonus, and 28 days holiday. Ideal candidates will have relevant experience and qualifications in health and safety.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Contract Manager or similar within drainage, highways or utilities.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Skilled in managing safe working practices.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for contract delivery, health & safety, and monthly P&L.
• Lead a small depot team in a flexible environment.
• Coordinate on-site resources ensuring safe working practices.
