Job summary

Vector Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Contract Manager for highways drainage in Glastonbury. You will take overall responsibility for contract delivery, safety, and monthly P&L, and lead a depot team in a flexible, proactive environment.

In this role you will coordinate on-site resources, manage performance against targets, build client relationships, and develop the works programme with rates. A full UK driving licence, CSCS, and safety qualifications are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Contract Manager or similar within drainage/highways/utilities.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• CSCS card holder with SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely.
• Excellent team leadership, planning, and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

Contract Manager – Highways Drainage

Location: Glastonbury

Salary: Circa £50,000 + Company Vehicle or Car Allowance + Benefits

Our client, a fast-growing drainage contractor, is seeking an experienced, proactive, and driven Contract Manager in Warwickshire. In this pivotal role, you will manage and resource a wide range of operational drainage activities, including gully emptying, reactive jetting, root cutting, CCTV surveys, and traffic management.

The Role:

• Overall responsibility for contract delivery, health & safety, and monthly P&L
• Lead a small, agile depot team in a flexible and innovative environment
