Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Contract Manager or similar within drainage, highways or utilities
• Full UK Driving Licence
• CSCS card holder & health and safety qualification (SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely)
• Excellent team leadership, planning, and client-facing skills

• Lead a small, agile depot team in a flexible environment
• Coordinate and plan on-site resources, ensuring safe working practices at all times

Highways Drainage Location: Glastonbury Salary: Circa £50,000 + Company Vehicle or Car Allowance + Benefits

Our client, a fast-growing drainage contractor, is seeking an experienced, proactive, and driven Contract Manager in Warwickshire.

In this pivotal role, you will manage and resource a wide range of operational drainage activities, including gully emptying, reactive jetting, root cutting, CCTV surveys, and traffic management.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated drainage / highways professional to lead a key contract and drive operational success.

The Role
