Job summary

Vector Recruitment Solutions seeks a Contract Manager – Highways Drainage in Glastonbury. You will lead contract delivery, safety compliance, and monthly P&L while directing a depot team and coordinating on-site resources to meet the programme.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing drainage/highways contracts.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• CSCS card holder and safety qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for contract delivery, health & safety, and monthly P&L
• Lead a depot team and coordinate on-site resources
• Manage contract performance, standards and targets
• Line manage a team of circa 40 drainage personnel
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Develop and monitor works programme and rates
• Oversee cost control, monthly applications and pricing
• Conduct regular site audits for safety and quality
