Job summary

Ringway is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead a portfolio of highways and infrastructure schemes in Surrey. You will provide leadership to project managers, site teams and supply chain partners from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring safety, programme delivery and budget compliance.

The role requires strong NEC contract knowledge, excellent stakeholder engagement, and a track record of delivering complex projects on time and to high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Contracts Manager within highways, infrastructure or civil engineering.
• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and project delivery.
• Experience managing multiple projects and teams.
• Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of major highways and infrastructure projects.
• Manage Project Managers and site delivery teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Monitor programme performance, budgets, risks and outcomes.
• Build relationships with clients and supply chain partners.
• Drive costs control and profitability with commercial teams.
• Support project planning, mobilisation and resource management.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Ensure successful project handover and completion.
