Job summary

Hampton Vale Primary Academy, part of the Four Cs Academy Trust, invites applications for a Highly Skilled Teaching Assistant. The role is term-time plus five days, 33 hours per week, with hours 8:30 am–4:00 pm Monday and 8:30 am–3:30 pm Tuesday to Friday.

The post offers a supportive team, CPD and induction programmes, and a focus on safeguarding and child welfare. Closing date is 16 October 2026 at 12:00 noon.

A vacancy has arisen for an HSTA to join Hampton Vale Primary Academy, part of the Four Cs Academy Trust. We are looking for an innovative, inspirational HSTA who puts the welfare and progress of children at the centre of everything they do and are able to support our students in reaching their full potential. The successful candidate will be part of a strong and supportive team and must have the skills, confidence and experience to lead a whole class for specific lessons, making an outstanding contribution to the learning opportunities of our children. They will be able to contribute to assessments becoming a valued member of our school.
