Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a school in Wimbledon. The HLTA will deliver planned lessons when the class teacher is absent, support pupils across year groups, and work with teachers to create engaging learning experiences.

The ideal candidate holds HLTA status or has extensive TA experience, with strong communication and organisational skills. This is a full-time, term-time only position with immediate start, offering competitive daily pay.

We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming and supportive school in Wimbledon. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school while making a positive impact on pupils' educational journeys.

The Role
  • Deliver planned lessons and activities in the absence of the class teacher.
  • Support pupils across a range of year groups and abilities.

  • Is proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently.
  • Has a genuine passion for supporting children's education and development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
