Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and managing performance in a complex operational environment.
• Excellent communication, organisational and analytical skills.
• Experience in project management, change management and stakeholder engagement is advantageous.
• Achievement of, or working towards, a recognised management qualification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline operational leadership and management across a geographical area, supporting operational performance, workforce development, staff governance, financial management and service improvement.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver regional and national priorities and participate in Highland On-Call arrangements; provide operational and tactical command at incidents as required.
