Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment are seeking an HLTA for a friendly Oldham primary school, covering EYFS and KS1. You will deliver high-quality lessons, provide classroom cover, and support pupils' academic, social and emotional development.

The role is full-time, term-time only, based on HLTA pay scale and dependent on experience. You’ll work closely with teachers to plan engaging learning experiences and help create a nurturing environment for all children.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, HLTA or in a similar primary education role.
• Experience supporting children within EYFS and Key Stage 1.
• Confidence delivering lessons and managing a classroom environment.
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and early years development.
• A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

The Role
