Newland St John's Church of England Academy is seeking an HLTA to support inclusion and wellbeing across the school. You will deliver high-quality, small-group learning experiences and run targeted intervention sessions within the SEND area, ensuring equity of access for every pupil.
You will work closely with the SENDCo and teaching staff, modelling best practices for adapted instruction and fostering a safe, supportive classroom atmosphere for all learners.

As a HLTA you will have a deep commitment to championing inclusion and wellbeing across our school. Your expertise will be vital in nurturing a supportive classroom atmosphere within our designated SEND area of the school.
